What if I want to return items?

If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will replace or refund you. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged.

if you order the wrong item(s) and is not completely satisfied with the item(s) you receive or simply want to return your purchased item(s), you must return the item(s) to us. We will provide a refund on the item(s) (excluding shipping fee), provided that the item(s) returned to us must be in good condition. Please contact us hello@fixguru.com.my within 3 days to make such arrangement upon order completion otherwise no return service will be made.

If the items are faulty/damaged when you receive them, please notify us within 3 days upon order completion and we will proceed with replacement/refund. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged.

  1. What if I accidentally placed the order twice?

If you’ve accidentally placed 2 identical orders, ordered an item twice by mistake, or have any other changes to your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately within 24 hours.

If your order is already shipped, you can always return the item(s) for an exchange or refund with no questions asked.

 

Return Policy

We will accept return according to the terms and condition in the return policy below:

  1. All items purchase online through fixguru.com.my is returnable based on our policy. Buyers need to inform hello@fixguru.com.my about the defective items within 3 days of delivered date of the product to get the approval, if buyers had intent to return an item. The approval of return must be accepted by FIXGURU before buyers making shipment return. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and return delivery.
  2. FIXGURU will pay the return shipping costs for buyers, if the product is defective or return as a result of our error.
  3. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount.
  4. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of purchase.
  5. Buyer will full responsibility for the product damage/ lost, during the return shipping, thus buyers are advised to use insured courier shipping like Poslaju, City-Link, Nationwide, FedEx, DHL, etc.
  6. Please send us an email explaining the return reasons and how you wish to handle the transactions. Please include invoice number, contact name, contact number, return or refund option.
  7. Please write us a brief email explaining what the problem is with your purchase (wrong color, wrong size, damaged, etc…) and how you would like us to handle the transaction.
  8. If buyer would like to return the goods, please contact us for arrangement prior to return the goods. The returned goods should be delivered to:

  1. The approval return product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for return to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.
  2. Please note that if you choose to order additional items when making a return/exchange there may be a delivery charge added to your order (this will be determined by the amount of the additional items). We will contact you with the delivery cost should one be added prior to complete your order.

Your goods are shipped with a third-party courier usually J&T and Poslaju. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with your delivery, or you do not receive your goods when expected, please contact us at hello@fixguru.com.my

How long does the order take to ship?

The cut off time for orders to be processed for next day delivery is 1pm. Delivery will take around 2-3 working days. The estimated time of arrival may differ subject to various shipping destination.
